I've talked about this subject before, but it is one of the most common questions I receive. Believe it or not, it's just as difficult for some people to gain weight as it is for others to lose weight.

First, 99% of the time, it's simply a calorie and food issue. If you aren't gaining weight, you simply aren't eating enough. I know. I know. You eat constantly all day long - EAT MORE! Second, limit all forms of cardio exercise. This would include every day things like walking the stairs at school or work. Avoid them if possible. Take the elevator. Third, follow a consistent weight lifting program. You need to get into the gym on a regular basis if you plan on making any serious, quality gains in weight.
