Wide grip upright rows

I'd like to pass along a good tip that I recently discovered in the gym.

I started doing wide grip upright rows several months ago and have made good gains on my side delts. Two weeks ago I switched to the cable pulley and have increased my range of motion substantially. Switching to the cable enabled me to pull upwards past my shoulders. I do supersets between this exercise and the side lateral raise. Great side delt workout!

I always like rounding off my workout with the cable pulley. It's possible to vary the angle of the exercise and allows for a full range of motion.
